Help
How do I restore my purchases?
Open Settings or the Shop and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought the packs with, and make sure you are connected to the internet.
Does the game need the internet?
No. You can play Mossy Jar offline. You only need a connection to buy or restore optional packs.
Where is my progress saved?
Only on your iPhone. Your jars, stars and settings are never sent to us. Deleting the app also deletes this progress. Packs you bought stay with your Apple Account and can be restored.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are made through Apple, so Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Why can't I find the app in my country?
For now, the iPhone app is available only in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Malaysia. An Android version is coming soon.
Does the game collect my data?
No. The app collects no personal data, has no analytics and shows no ads. This website has no cookies and no tracking. See the Privacy Policy.
Is the game made with AI art?
No. Everything inside the game, every jar, plant, robot and texture, is made with code. The app icon was created with the help of AI tools. Read more about how it is made.

1. Who we are
Mossy Jar is developed and published by ABC SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS COMPANY LIMITED ("ABC Digital", "we", "us"), 01 Vu Lang Street, Nam Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam. Contact: [email protected].
You can also write to us through the contact form.
2. Summary
- The Mossy Jar iPhone app collects no personal data.
- This website has no cookies, no analytics and no tracking.
- The only personal data we receive is what you send us through the contact form or by email.
3. The iPhone app
- Your progress (jars, stars and settings) is stored only on your device.
- “Save photo” only adds the picture you choose to your Photos. The app asks for add-only access and cannot read your photo library.
- “Share” uses the iOS share sheet. You choose where the picture goes; it does not pass through us.
- The app has no servers of ours, no analytics, no advertising and no account.
Purchases
- Purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We never see your name, Apple Account, email or payment details.
- When you buy a pack, Apple sends your device a signed receipt (product ID, transaction ID, purchase date). The app reads it only on your device to unlock and restore your packs. It is never sent to us or to anyone else.
- Apple provides us with aggregated sales reports (for example number of sales, country and revenue). These reports do not identify you.
- Apple's handling of your Apple Account and payment data is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
4. The contact form and email
- What we collect: your email address, your name (optional), the topic, your device and iOS version (optional) and your message.
- Why: only to answer your request.
- Legal basis, where the law requires one: your consent, and our legitimate interest in providing support.
- Who processes it: your browser sends the form directly to our form-to-email service, Web3Forms, which checks it for spam and delivers it to our inbox. This website is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages).
- Where: these providers may process data outside your country.
- How long: we delete your message within 12 months after your request is closed, or sooner if you ask. We do not keep submissions in a database of our own. Web3Forms may keep a copy of submissions for a limited time under its own privacy policy.
- We never sell or share your data, and we never send marketing emails.
5. Hosting logs
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical data such as IP addresses to keep this website secure and working, under its own privacy policy. When you send the contact form, Web3Forms receives your IP address with the message and uses it to block spam and limit how many messages can be sent.
6. Children
Mossy Jar is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have received it, we will delete it.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
We aim to respect the privacy laws of the countries where the app is offered, including the UK GDPR, US state privacy laws (such as the CCPA/CPRA) and COPPA, Canada's PIPEDA, Australia's Privacy Act 1988, New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020, Japan's APPI and Malaysia's PDPA.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the “Last updated” date above.
